An ex-Team Great Britain and Ghana sprinter, Tim has over 20 years' experience competing at the highest level in his sport.
Since retiring from competition, Tim became a fully qualified Personal Trainer and also works with sports teams across the country as a strength and conditioning coach.
He now channels that elite experience into helping busy professionals and athletes improve fitness, body composition, strength, and conditioning through a structured high-performance system.
